We check in to see if you have any more feedback on the design plan before we move forward.

☑️ Apply edits to the Design we'll be working on
☑️ Respond to an email we may send you about design edits
Before we start officially designing
(Approx. 2-3 months before delivery)
We will collect your wording and guest information from you.
☑️ Send you a form for your wording and a spreadsheet for your guest addresses before your deadline
☑️ Send you reminders that your deadline is coming up
☑️ Fill out our wording form and add your guest addresses to the spreadsheet we gave you

(Approx. 1.5-2 months before delivery)
Here's when everything takes shape. The stationery goes from idea and sketch to a real design.
☑️ Illustrate and design
☑️ Mockup the design
☑️ Send you the design proof with a form for your feedback
☑️ If needed, make edits and send the design proof again
☑️ After seeing the design, either submit feedback, or approve the design.
(Repeat for every edit round, up to 3 edit rounds included in your package.)
How to Provide Helpful Feedback
Production starts after the proof is approved, then mailing happens at the agreed send-out date unless you cause delays.
Now the design goes from a mockup to tangible, luxury stationery, then gets sent out.

☑️ Address envelopes and triple check each one
☑️ Order all your materials
☑️ Assemble each piece carefully
☑️ Mail out stationery
☑️ Carefully pack a box of the extras that we ship to you
☑️ Sit back and wait for those "OMG I JUST GOT YOUR INVITES" texts
