we don't just ask you what flowers or fonts you like. we get to know you and the heart behind your wedding, so that we can make something as unique and special as your big day will be.
What Makes Us Different
What to Expect
1. are we a good match?
- Fill out our inquiry form (or if you're a wedding planner inquiring for your couple, fill out this one).
- We will tell you if you're a good fit and if we have room for you on our calendar.
- If you are, we'll work on creating a custom proposal for you. You'll get to see mockups, sketches, mood boards, and specific pricing before making the full investment.
- Once we settle on the perfect design plan and custom package, we can make things official!
2. it begins
- You will receive our info packet and a little gift to celebrate, because yay, you are one of our select few Gates Paper Co clients for the year!
- Isabel will curate, illustrate, and produce your one of a kind designs with the help of the Gates Paper Co team.
3. art you can touch
After the design process, things can wrap up one of two ways:
1. THE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
- Want to turn your invitation process into a party? Opt to assemble yourself in our luxe version of our viral "Invitation Kits."
- Receive luxury stationery tools, a champagne gift box for your assembly party, and more. We'll ship you the high quality, printed and addressed materials to assemble yourself.
2. THE HANDS-OFF EXPERIENCE
- Want one thing less to worry about? We can carefully assemble every invite and send each one in a little box as a tracked package.
- No more stressing about if these precious paper goods got to their destination.
4. the anticipation builds
- Once your invites are sent out, all you have to do is wait for those "OMG I JUST GOT MINE" texts.
- You can sit back because you just gave your guests the best first impression for this wedding. For the months between their invitation arriving in the mail and the day they arrive at your venue, they will have been wowed by beautiful original artwork.

don't know where to start? every project we do is so different, but here is an example of a typical project, to give you an idea of what the possibilities are!

- A Custom Wedding Website that matches your suite and includes rsvp capability
approx. investment (depending on timeline, guest count, and design complexity) : $9-$12k. packages can be adjusted based on your needs.
